Big 3-0

Now that my 31st birthday has come and gone I thought to myself… perhaps I should FINALLY share photos from my 30th! As grateful as I am to be celebrating another year I’m still not fully back to being myself after the lose of our sweet girl, baby #2. Therefore, this year is much (I mean MUCH) more low key.

Michael threw me an EPIC 30th and the memories of that night are still some of my all time favorite! I had such an AMAZING time! The amount of thought and detail he put into the whole night is still mind blowing. I wish I could take some credit but all I did was show up! I always say in another life I think Michael was a travel agent, which I still stand by. I also think he dabbled in party planning too! haha… Whatever his previous life’s were he is a man of many talents!

I knew when and where the party would be and that was about as much of the details I knew ahead of time. He had rented out Joy District in downtown Chicago and from what he says they were great to work with! Very accommodating. The food that night was also delicious!

Michael planned out every little detail. A strolling cupcake lady, amazing aerialist, dj, live band (Too White Crew- our favorite!), framed photo of my little man, speciality cake, custom flowers…

It was such an amazing time to look around and celebrate with family and friends!

I am fulling embracing growing older but I wouldn’t be upset to live this day on repeat for a while 😆 This night was epic but HERE’s TO 31!!
