Homemade Cauliflower Crust

If you can’t tell from the pictures Mr. Greyson and I are loving all things fall. We are trying to hit up as many fun fall activities as possible and someone has been learning all about pumpkins at school! We can either blame today on the desire for all things fall or blame the baby but I woke up and all I wanted to do was bake? I love to cook but baking and I have a weird relationship so needless to say, I was surprised. Grey and I headed off to the store and loaded up with everything we’d need to make some delicious homemade cookies. While we were checking out I was day dreaming of all things food and remembered I never shared my all time favorite cauliflower crust recipe with you all! Whoops! It is SUPER easy, healthy and versatile. I use it as a crust for pizzas, breakfast casseroles and taco dips. So many uses.

Also, side note, I linked all details of out outfits below. These maternity overalls are everything! =)

Once you have your crust you are free to pick any pizza topping of your liking! Add the ingredients and then cook an additional 10min. If you wanting to use the crust for my meatless taco pizza (which I eat cold) cook the crust all the way, let cool, and then add the taco dip onto the top! Yuuuuuum =)

Enjoy your cauliflower crust and per usual make sure to share your final results with me!
