Four Seasons Chicago
Last weekend the family and I had an amazing staycation at the beautiful, and newly renovated, Four Seasons Chicago. Talk about a facelift!! The renovations are incredibly beautiful, bold and make you feel like you are staying at a modern day castle.
Four Seasons Chicago is located right off of Michigan Ave making it beyond convenient for… well anything. Shopping, sight seeing, and the lakefront are all steps away.
The new in house restaurant, Adorn, is OUTSTANDING. James Beard Award-winning Chef Jonathon Sawyer has created a unique and delicious menu! Every single dish that came out was beautiful and mouthwatering all in one. The servers, and Chef Sawyer himself, were beyond accommodating and extra sweet when dealing with our grumpy toddlers hangry attitude… which was immediately made better by the delicious food he enjoyed.
Some of our favorites from the dinner menu were
-Bread & Edible Candle Service
-Nitro Tempura Mushroom
-Thai Fried Brussels Sprouts
-Salt Poached Halibut (YUMMM!)
-Lobster & Spaghetti (YUMMM!)
Brunch was tricky for me. I wanted to order everything and had to show a little self composure haha… It. Was. Difficult.
-Avocado Toast (Lincoln was elbow deep and loving life)
-Teeny Tiny Croissant Cereal (delicious and adorable for the kiddos)
-Breakfast Burger (Michael’s new favorite)
If the food wasn’t enough to make this staycation memorable the beautiful views, renovations, staff and amenities were the cherry on top! We enjoyed some family fun in the pool at the spa, sat and watched the boats in Lake Michigan and had some super yummy room service snacks and treat… cough cough ICE CREAM CART! Be sure to enjoy some of the pics below from our staycation and reach out if you have any other questions!
Another HUGE thank you to The Four Seasons Chicago! The Horn family loved it all =))))
