Healthy Crockpot Chicken Tacos
Okay so last time I shared a crockpot dinner recipe I think I stated it was the “easiest dinner ever.” Well ladies and gentlemen… (who am I kidding) Well ladies and ladies…. this one is even EASIER and just as delicious! This is my version of a chicken taco sans taco shell, which I replace with a lettuce cup.
There are basically two main steps to this recipe. I can’t make it any easier than that. It is also a fan favorite with the kiddos! My one year old son and four year old nephew both go crazy for this chicken. Its another good one to toss in the crockpot before work and then you come home to a delicious and ready to eat dinner. Also, this is great to take for pot luck lunches at work or to friends houses for parties.
Below I have listed out step by step directions. There is an option to add baked beans…. I always do but you definitely don’t have to if you aren’t a big bean person. The toppings for the tacos are also completely up to your taste!
