Birthday Tea Party
Oh and the tea was spilled 😆
What an amazing way to end my birthday month! The whole entire day came out so dreamy and perfect… more than I could have ever imagined! The florals where absolutely above and the beyond. The balloons that covered the dining room with florals and butterflies attached were breathtaking. The entire tea service was not only delicious but beautifully displayed and served.
I knew I wanted to do something small and had been looking for a reason to use my dining room a little more 😆 -insert small rant … I love how our dining room turned out and I feel like we don’t use it enough! The colors are so fun and I live for the gold wallpaper and chandelier… end rant-
Then I found the dress and boom! Tea party! I use to love going to tea at the Peninsula, downtown, but they haven’t started back up the service in a few years.
I use the same event planner for absolutely any and every reason I can think of. She has brought the wonderfully talented florist and balloon extraordinaire into my life which really makes each and every event pop! (No balloon pun intended). The attention to detail that is taking by these three women is honestly jaw dropping once the final piece of the day is set.
The adorable, and completely on theme cookies helped give that extra detail to the whole table setup. Not only were they adorable but absolutely delicious! If those weren’t enough we had to have a cake for the birthday girl (me 💁🏼♀️). They did a beautiful tricolored cake with pops of florals that really help tie all the colors in the room together. The best part? It was basically entirely eaten by our small little group since it tasted so yummy!
This was my first time working with the amazing women from the tea service company and I cannot say enough amazing things. They supplied all the china, linens, tea, DELICIOUS tea sandwiches, scones and desserts. It was exactly what I was hoping for an so much more. Highly recommend and hope to come up with a reason to have them back soon!
